Terma A/S

As one of the three parties of the consortium Danske Patruljeskibe K/S, the Danish company Terma has a vital role in the project regarding new naval vessels for the Danish navy.

Terma's role in Danske Patruljeskibe K/S

Terma is Denmark's largest supplier of military equipment and has extensive experience in delivering systems and technologies for navies in Denmark as well as other countries.

Terma will be responsible for the naval vessels’ command and control systems and the radar and sensor systems as well as for integrating the weapons and self-protection systems of the vessels.

Furthermore, we expect Terma to have an important role in the consortium regarding selecting and qualifying subsuppliers for the military capacities of the vessels.

Who is Terma?

Terma is a global defence company rooted in Denmark.

Terma provides systems and components for the Danish Defence as well as our allies. Over the years, Terma has specialised in radar technology, command and control systems as well as integration of sensor and weapons systems for navies, armies and air forces.

Among other things, Terma has delivered more than 70 components for the new F-35 fighter jets.

Worldwide, Terma has more than 1,600 employees, of which most of them are located in Denmark. Apart from military technology, Terma also delivers systems and components for the wind turbine industry, the space industry as well as harbours and airports, among others.

Terma is a trust-owned company, and in the financial year 2021/2022, it had a turnover of DKK 2.2 billion.
