While PensionDanmark primarily participates as a financial partner in Danske Patruljeskibe, the pension fund will also have seats in the top management and board of the consortium.

Who is PensionDanmark?
PensionDanmark is a member-owned occupational pension fund with more than 800,000 members across a large number of industries.
In an effort to maximise the return of the members, PensionDanmark invests in a broad portfolio, including shares, bonds as well as alternative investments, such as private equity investments, where PensionDanmark invest directly in non-listed companies in order to ensure the financial stability of the companies and contribute to the growth of the companies and thus the investment.
In addition to PensionDanmark's participation in Danske Patruljeskibe, the company also invests in green projects, infrastructure and real estate.
At the end of 2021, PensionDanmark’s investments consisted of, among other things, DKK 132.2 billion in listed shares, DKK 23.3 billion in infrastructure and DKK 18.7 billion in private equity.
